My Beliefs

Godhead

There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Scripture

I believe the Bible is uniquely God-inspired and without error in the original writings. It is the basis for my belief and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Man, Fall, and Redemption

Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God. But through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin entered the world. Scripture is clear: “…all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God,” and “…there is none righteous, no, not one” (Romans 3:10; 3:23).

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the works of the devil. He gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God (Romans 5:14–17; 1 John 3:8). Salvation is the gift of God to man — apart from works and apart from the Law — made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God (Ephesians 2:8–10).
