WELCOME

My name is Ashley.

I began my walk with God in 2016 after tiring of living lost, broken and desperate.

In 2021, He led me to became a Certified Christian Life Coach at the Center For Christian Coaching.

More recently, He led me to Moody Bible Institute where I'm working towards a BS in Biblical Studies.

Throughout all of this, He's called me to preach and teach the word through coaching, mentorship, speaking opportunities and by showing up in my community.

I created Faith Under Fire during a series of stops and starts in my walk with God.

Faith Under Fire came about at a time when I was struggling to consistently walk with Him and was experiencing all types of hell. Yet something in me remained determined to learn more about Him, about the Word, and about what a life surrendered to Him should truly look like.

As I began ministering and mentoring to women, a pattern became clear. Most of the struggles they brought up weren’t rooted in a lack of faith at all. They were rooted in a faith that had become fractured, worn, thin and weary. These were women facing real trials, and their faith was under fire.

Somewhere along the way, their relationship with God had quietly turned into religion that included lists and rules, and to-do’s. The living, breathing nearness of God had been traded for the pressure of performance.

And that is exactly the place God has called me to stand.

I desire not to hand anyone a longer list, but to help them return to the God who never asked for one.

“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives.” — Isaiah 61:1

Faith Under Fire is a prayer ministry devoted to growth in the Word of God, a life of prayer, and true fellowship. I come alongside people right where they are; in whatever season, whatever struggle, whatever stage of their journey, to help them grow deeper in their walk with God.

The result is a place where healing happens not just through faith, but through the very fire one once feared would consume.
